Empty Shelf August 22, 2007

Posted by Jason Keath in Creative Writing, Life, Poem, Poetry, Writing.

Symptoms sit pretty
On shelves soon empty
Wrapped in pleasure so full

She dies everyday
Unable to delay
Her rebirth so beautiful

Her heart hides holes
While braving old coals
Burning the skin until cool

She sits simply
On shelves of plenty
Alone, no love for a fool

Love burns bright
Not blocking our sight
But reforming light into jewels

Dear Jason, fractal art is a digital kind of art produced with specific softwares you need to google it and find out more – visit few sites and check out what inspires you. This is so much a personal thing, you never know which software is going to fit with you – many of them are free and some you can try for 30 days before deciding. So go for it and start the journey. It is fascinating.

I’m having that feeling I get when I hear a song and every word resonates in my head with the natural frequency of parts of my life. Reading this makes me want to tell you too much about me (which I won’t)…to say I can relate to this poem is an understatement.
